with two rooms, hallway with two wardrobes, shower, toilet (rest -room), wash-basin, washing-machine,
living room with a folding sofa and TV, kitchen with dining area - gas stove, electric dry-heat oven,
microwave, fridge, freezer,wine cooling fridge, dishwasher.
Standart equipment in the kitchen ( cutlery, plates, pots, frypans, glasses........).
The apartment has an air-conditioning. There is all together 7 beds with the possibility of 2 spare bads
on a folding sofa.
Front garden is closed with covered terrase and also with a doghouse for doggies.
Possibility of indipendent electric heating.Apartment is occupable yearly.
Season price (15.6. - 26.8.):
2200,- CZK / 6 bed - night
Out of season:
1865,- CZK / 6 bed - night
Visitors´ fee is 5,- CZK / per day for 18 years older.
